Scholarshop Applications
Each year The York County Educators Association awards scholarships for graduating high school seniors majoring in Education or a technical field. Applicants must have currently been accepted at a college/university.
Award
YCREA is offering three scholarships each in the amount of $1500 to a York County High School Senior who intends to pursue a career in education.
A fourth scholarship is awarded to a student studying in the trades field.
The awards are based on
1) financial need
2) strength of academics
3) extra-curricula activities
4) community involvement
Application materials are available at all York County High School Guidance Offices.
